Registered Veterinary Technologist

Juliet has wanted to work with animals since she was very small. She has a keen interest in exotics, and enjoys the variety of species we are fortunate enough to see at Currents.

Juliet earned her BSc degree in Biology at the U of A in 2009 then completed her AHT diploma online through Olds College in the summer 2015. She worked at the Edmonton Valley Zoo during her undergraduate, then in research at Biosciences Animal Services. She moved to Red Deer for a year and worked at the Humane Society there.

After moving back to Edmonton, she worked at a few different clinics before joining our team at Currents.

She enjoys volunteering for the Spay and Neuter Task Force and when she has time she volunteers at Marine Life in WEM to learn more about exotics.

Juliet shares her home with her husband and two young sons. They do not have any pets as they recently lost their beloved dog Mocha, and haven't had the heart to add another one to the family yet.
