Rachael was born and raised in South Edmonton where she has worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta in 2019 and was then accepted into the University of Calgary’s Program for Veterinary Medicine from which she graduated with honors in 2024.

Rachael has a passion for working to make vet visits as comfortable as possible for her patients and is Fear-Free certified. She has also pursued additional training in nutrition and strives to work with a preventative medicine approach to keep pets as healthy and happy as they can be.

In her free time, Rachael enjoys checking out the local theatre scene with her fiancé, playing soccer, and knitting her cat Domino new toys.
